**Descripction of Requirement:** The Accessions Systems Branch Training, Development, and (Information Technology) IT Support (ASB-TDS) Services FY24 requirement provides the Army National Guard (ARNG) with training, hardware, software and web-based application support, as well as data analysis services utilizing the Army Recruiting Information Support System (ARISS), which is the Army’s electronic personnel recruiting system.
