## Description

The National Guard Bureau Acquisition Directorate (NGB-AQ-C) is awarding the requirement of Human Factors Analysis and Classification System (HFACS) for the National Guard Bureau Aviation Safety Division to HFACS, Inc.. This requirement is in support of the Army National Guard (ARNG) NG Supplement 1 to the AR 385-10. HFACS is one of the courses required to be a Certified Accident Investigator to conduct ARNG Aviation Accident Investigations.

This FFP contract is for five (5) courses to be provided for up to 80 students in five (5) different locations within the United States per year. This contract was not competitively awarded due to the sole source providing HFACS certification in compliance with NG Supplement 1 to the AR 385-10.
