This modification will extend the contract by 2 months with an additional one-month optional period. The contract for ISR C2 and Security Technical Support Service is to provide technical and subject matter expertise for the overall ANG ISR, C2, and Security portfolio. Award to the current contractor, PatchPlus Consulting Inc. is the only way to continue services without breaching the Nation’s commitments or creating a disastrous position for the United States. Specifically, the importance to the Air National Guard, this modification extension ensures no break in these critical services. A gap would represent an unacceptable high risk to the U.S. and other territories. This will give the Government the additional time required to solicit a five year contract on a competitive basis. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
