## Description

The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) has a requirement to procure a RYPOS brand Diesel Exhaust Particulate Filter as detailed in Section C of the attached solicitation document. Please reference the attached solicitation (and brand name justificaiton) for all applicable provisions and clauses.

Offers should include a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation, as well as detail on their proposed delivery timeframe.
