The major requirements include identifying approximately 96 sampling locations, collecting and recording the applicable data, and compiling it into a final report. The anticipation period of performance duration is about 4 months, beginning in June 2024. ERDC-CERL seeks capability statements from prospective sources that have relevant experience in work of similar nature as described above, including experience with and knowledge of standard scientific soil and vegetation sampling methods, and availability for providing the services within the stated timeframe, This is not a small business set aside, nor is it a request for competitive quotations.
