THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to apply a systematic aquatic herbicide to control Fanwort, Eurasian Milfoil, and Spiny Naiad in approximately 24.24 acres of Buffumville Lake. Charlton, MA. Granular Fluridone shall be the herbicide used to treat approximately 21.52 acres of Fanwort, split between two applications. Liquid Diquat Dibromide shall be the herbicide used to treat Spiny Naiad one time at the south end of the lake totaling approximately 2.72 acres. Furnish all labor and equipment necessary to conduct a full lake comprehensive invasive plant species survey with a detailed final report. In addition, furnish all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to conduct a partial river, all inclusive, invasive aquatic plant species survey on approximately 3.3 river miles of the French River, from Greenbriar Park to Hodges Village Dam, Oxford, MA, as well as hand removal of all Water Chestnut found.
