**THE WORK CONSISTS OF:**

Furnish all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation to perform the grounds maintenance services at Conant Brook Dam Project Area, Monson, MA. The Conant Brook Dam area includes approximately 8.5 acres of biweekly maintenance areas and approximately 6.3 acres of annual mowing areas. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors.
