## Description

**THE WORK CONSISTS OF:**

Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform janitorial services at the locations and frequencies described below:

Janitorial/cleaning services on a two (2) day per week schedule, 104 Service days, at the following location(s): 1 Tobey Rd., Wareham, MA (1,130 sq. ft) This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561720 with a Small Business Size Standard of $22 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
