THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to Mow and Trim approximately four and three quarters (4.75) acres of fine lawn; Rough Mow approximately one and a half (1.5) acres of lawn; Spring/Fall clean up on approximately two and a half (2.5) acres; Fall Clearing of Drainage Swales and Catch Basins.
