Hartland, VT and North Springfield Lake, Perkinsville, VT QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE. SUBMIT QUESTIONS TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST AFTER THE SOLICITATION AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, equipment, and transportation necessary for hand-pulling Eurasian watermilfoil at North Harland Lake, N. Hartland, VT and at Stoughton Pond, Perkinsville, VT, which is located at the North Springfield Lake project. There are boat launches located at North Hartland Lake Recreation Area and Stoughton Pond (see maps). No snorkeling or SCUBA diving will be permitted. Additionally, the Government may choose to exercise options for additional hand-pulling. This is not a request for quotes at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about April 9, 2025.
