**THE WORK CONSISTS OF:**

Furnish all equipment, materials, transportation, and labor to perform the grounds maintenance services at the Hopkinton Lake and Everett Lake Projects.

The grounds maintenance services include a spring and fall clean-up, mulching, weekly mowing and trimming, annual field mowing, monthly garden weeding and pruning, and dog waste and trash removal in the specified areas at the Hopkinton Lake Project area, Hopkinton, NH, the Everett Lake Project area, Weare, NH, and the Hopkinton Lake Recreation Area, known as Elm Brook Park, Hopkinton, NH. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors.
