## Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Restroom Janitorial Services at the Quechee Gorge Visitor Center, Quechee, VT.

**THE WORK CONSISTS OF:**

Provide all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary to clean two public restrooms at the Quechee Gorge Visitor Center. Building is a two-story building, and restrooms are located on the main floor. Total floor space to be cleaned is approximately 580 square feet. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561720 with a Small Business Size Standard of $22 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
