## Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Air Vent Roof Repairs, Union Village Dam, East Thetford, VT.

**THE WORK CONSISTS OF:**

Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the following work to the Air Vent Roof at the Union Village Dam Gatehouse:

a. Seal and repair cracking in the air vent’s concrete roof that measures approximately forty (40) square feet and thirteen feet seven inches (13’7”) off the ground.

b. Remove and replace approximately twelve (12) linear feet of flashing that runs along the building’s brick chimney, brick wall and concrete roof.

c. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238110 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
