## Description

**THE WORK CONSISTS OF:**

Provide all materials, equipment and labor for all operations necessary to perform the installation of one new single-zone cooling-only split system comprised of a 24,000 BTU wall-mounted indoor HVAC unit and a 24,000 BTU/H cooling-only outdoor unit in room 301 (Navy IT closet – in main corridor). Room size is approximately 84 square feet of space located at the Barnes Building, 495 Summer Street, 3rd Floor, Boston, MA. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000.
