## Description

The New England District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement for a contractor to provide up to 3000 gallons of No. 2 Heating Oil to the Franklin Falls Dam Project, Franklin, NH at three (3) separate project buildings and provide up to 2000 gallons of No. 2 Heating Oil to the Blackwater Dam, Webster, NH at two (2) separate buildings.
