## Description

**THE WORK CONSISTS OF:**

Provide all labor, equipment, and services to pump and remove up to 38,000 gallons of effluent material from various septic tank sites located throughout the Cape Cod Canal project. Number of gallons removed at a time will vary, but shall not exceed 38,000 gallons. Technical Point of Contact will schedule services as needed. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 562991 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
