## Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Seasonal Public Water Supply Well Installation, Buffumville Lake, Charlton, MA.

**THE WORK CONSISTS OF:**

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to install a new seasonal public water supply well. The contractor is responsible for submitting and obtaining all permit applications with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (Mass DEP). All work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000.
