## Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Debris Removal – Dam Intake, Union Village Dam, Thetford, VT.

**THE WORK CONSISTS OF:**

Furnish all labor, equipment, and transportation necessary to remove and properly dispose of, approximately one hundred (100) cubic yards of river debris from the intake (trash racks) at Union Village Dam in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
