## Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Septic Pumping Services, Cape Cod Canal, Bourne and Sandwich, MA.

**THE WORK CONSISTS OF:**

Furnish all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary to pump holding and septic tanks at the Cape Cod Canal Project. Services are to be provided in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and schedule. Services will be performed on an on-call as needed basis. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 562991 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
