## Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for the Supply of a Floating Rolling Dock System, West Thompson Lake, North Grosvenordale, CT.

**THE WORK CONSISTS OF:**

Supply, deliver, and unload one (1) new, unused, and current year floating rolling dock system compliant with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) to West Thompson Lake. Equipment and materials are to be provided in accordance with the requirements and schedule. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 336612 with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,000 Employees. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
