## Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Office Janitorial Services, Otter Brook Lake and Surry Mountain Lake, Keene and Surry, NH.

**THE WORK CONSISTS OF:**

Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to clean the offices, maintenance building, and restrooms at Otter Brook Lake (OBL) and Surry Mountain Lake (SML). Services are to be provided in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and schedule. Moving and replacing of office furniture, equipment, and miscellaneous materials to accomplish the described work shall be the responsibility of the contractor. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors.

The applicable NAICS code is 561720 with a Small Business Size Standard of $22 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
