The contractor shall provide personnel, equipment, materials, and supervision, excluding government-furnished items. The 1st CST – Weapons of Mass Destruction (CST-WMD) supports civil authorities during domestic CBRN and hazardous response operations. The team requires vehicles equipped with audible and visual alert systems for safety and mission execution.
