## Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice of a proposed contract action for the procurement of truck light installation services for the Massachusetts Army National Guard, 1st Civil Support Team (CST) utilizing simplified procedures under FAR Subpart 12.201-1 for commercial services under the simplified acquisition threshold. The contractor shall provide personnel, equipment, materials, and supervision, excluding government-furnished items.

The 1st CST – Weapons of Mass Destruction (CST-WMD) supports civil authorities during domestic CBRN and hazardous response operations. The team requires vehicles equipped with audible and visual alert systems for safety and mission execution. The Ford F-550 trucks must be outfitted with an emergency light and siren system to enable safe navigation and scene control during emergency operations. See the attached PWS for details.

The Government contemplates the award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Single Award Purchase Order (PO) This notice is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a request for quote (RFQ) or request for proposal (RFP) or a commitment by the Government to award a contract. IAW FAR Subpart 12.101-1(c)(2), the solicitation will be directly solicited to a minimum of three offerors electronically via email.

Upon award of the purchase order, an Award Notice will be made available electronically at the SAM.gov website.
