This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Massachusetts Army National Guard (MAARNG) is seeking event space and catering services to support MAARNG Yellow Ribbon Program for uniformed personnel at a location within 15 miles of Worcester, Massachusetts on 1-2 February 2025 (two-day event). The contractor’s staff shall be fully qualified, professional, and customer service oriented. The contractor shall ensure quality work performance in accordance with (IAW) applicable standards and guidelines. Additionally, the contractor is expected to be a partner with the MAARNG in continuously improving the quality of programs and service offered to customers as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Description of Services: Please see attached PWS. Evaluation Criteria: (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. Basis of Award is Price Only. (b) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer’s specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award. Submission of Quotes: Proposed prices shall be firm fixed price (FFP) and inclusive of all labor, materials, lab fees, and associated services required to provide the medical surveillance examinations as described in the attached PWS.
