The Best Lock keying system is the sole approved keying system by Defense Supply Center Richmond. Best Lock equipment will ensure consistent technology and meet the Army Reserve criteria. Fire Alarm Panel/Transceiver: The contract solicitation will include a sole-source brand requirement for the following equipment: Notifier NFS-320 fire alarm panel with RS 232/485 port SigCom MNS-100EXP mass notification panel with LOC's SigCom Sixteen zone DTX transceiver. The SIGCOM DTX Fire Alarm, SIGCOM MNS-100EXP Transceivers, and the Notifier NFS-320 fire alarm panel with RS 232/485 ports are the sole transceivers approved by the DLA-DSCR Installation and their fire department.
