THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

Notice of Intent to Sole Source.

**Special Notice:** The U.S. Army Corps of Engineer Louisville District (USACE) will be issuing a modification for the construction of the Building 3168 Security Upgrades. As part of the construction contract modification, USACE intends to include the following sole sourcing the following item: FK 5-1-12 chemical agent for use in the fire suppression system All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. This submission must be received no later than 11:00 AM (EST) on 31 May 2025 to Jacob.S.Pridemore@usace.army.mil
