As part of the construction contract solicitation, the USACE intends to include the following Brand-Name Sole Source Requirements: Door Locks: The contract solicitation will include a sole-source brand requirement for Best CORE MAX keying systems (keys and cores) to be installed for all doors that are included in this project. Superior Hardware Products and/or Southern Lock (GSA supplier) are the only two authorized vendors for this keying system. Best CORE MAX equipment will ensure consistent technology and meet the Air Force Reserve Criteria. Fire Alarm Panel/Transceiver: The contract solicitation will include a sole-source brand requirement for Monaco MAAP-X Transceiver in accordance with paragraph 6.5.3.4 of the \"Davis Monthan Design Compatibility Guide 2017 edition.\" Monaco Equipment will ensure consistent technology and meet the Air Force Reserve Criteria requirements. ***This is NOT a solicitation for competitive proposals; however, if any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a capability statement to the point of contact listed in this Special Notice.
