## Description

The Louisville District, US Army Corps of Engineers, is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 150,000 square feet of rentable office space in the Central Business District of Louisville, KY. Offered space must be fully serviced, on contiguous floors and customizable/built to suit to the government's office and security requirements.

All proposals must be able to meet qualifications within the attached Request for Lease Proposals package and be willing to accept a one-year lease with nineteen renewable one year terms under the authority 10 U.S.C. 2661.
