## Description

Dear MATOC Contractors:Reference is made to your Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contracts, Numbers W9123722D0002,W9123722D0003, and W9123722D0004, for Dredging Support for the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division.We request you submit a price proposal for maintenance dredging in the approach at Green River LD One.The basis for award of this task order is lowest evaluated price (Base + All Options).

Please complete the price breakout schedule and include a labor category table demonstrating the use of the binding rates included in yourMATOC contract. The submitted price breakdown should include sufficient detail to allow the Government to verify that your proposed price incorporates the binding rates from your base contract.

Any level of effort shown in thesubmitted information will not be used for evaluation purposes and will be used only to ensure that the proposal is in compliance with the binding rates from the base contract.Work consists of maintenance dredging in the approach at Green River LD One, as indicated on contract drawings or as directed by the Government. The contractor is required to begin physical work for this Task Order no later than 5 days following the issuance of a Notice to Proceed.

All work under this task order needs to be start around 23 September 2024 and be completed by early October 2024. The contractor shall work on a 10-hour, 7 day per week schedule to maximize efficiency. The Government reserves the right to change the sequence of dredging or add/remove cuts and shall compensate the contractor based on the awarded hourly unit rates. While specific sites, sequences, and quantities of hours may be adjusted, the overall awarded contract price shall stand as not to be exceeded.
