All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms, clauses, and conditions incorporated herein. Quotes are due on 20 August 2026 at 11:00 AM Eastern Time.

**NOTE:** THIS RFP IS UNRESTRICTED. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220. The size standard is $45M. The solicitation will be available on the web only.
