The work includes management, supervision, inspection, personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, transportation, and other items necessary to perform janitorial services as described in the schedule of janitorial services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers leased space. Janitorial service applies to all designated spaces, including, but not limited to halls, restrooms, offices, work areas, entranceways, lobbies, common areas, test room areas, and storage room areas. The period of performance will be a base period of twelve (12) months with four (4) option periods. Each option period will be for twelve (12) months. Each contract will be awarded to an individual contract number. The contracts will have a maximum shared capacity of $20,000,000.00. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency. TYPE OF CONTRACT: This solicitation will be for approximately seven (7) Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC). TYPE OF SET ASIDE: This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business under NAICS 561720- Janitorial Services. The size standard is $22 million in average annual receipts. SELECTION PROCESS: A selection board will be established to evaluate qualified submittals. The basis of award will be Best Value Trade Off. The selection criteria will include Past Performance, Price, and Management Plan. ANTICIPATED SOLICITATION RELEASE DATE: The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation on or about 24 June 2026.
