**CONSTRUCTION MATOC-HUBZONE SET-ASIDEPROJECT LOCATION:** LOUISVILLE DISTRICT - MILITARY MISSION BOUNDARYDESIGN BUILD AND DESIGN BID BUILD MULTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT (MATOC) TO SUPPORT THE MILITARY CONSTRUCTION (MILCON) ANDOPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE (OM) FUNDED CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS PRIMARILY WITHIN THE LOUISVILLE DISTRICT MILITARY MISSION BOUNDARY.THESE CONTRACTS MAY ALSO BE UTILIZED TO SUPPORT U.S. ARMY, U.S. AIR FORCE, ARMY RESERVE AND AIR FORCE RESERVE PROJECTS WITHIN THELOUISVILLE DISTRICT AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY.

THE AVAILABLE CAPACITY FOR THIS MATOC IS $200,000,000.00. THE MAXIMUM ORDERING LIMIT PER TASKORDER IS $15,000,000.00. EACH MATOC AWARD WILL CONSIST OF A FIVE-YEAR BASE PERIOD AND ONE SIX MONTHS OPTION TO EXTEND THE ORDERING PERIOD.NAICS CODE 236220. SIZE STANDARD $45,000,000.00. THIS PROJECT IS SET-ASIDE 100% FOR HUBZONE.
