Amendment 0003

The Solicitation Due date has been extended from 01 MAy 2026 at 1:00pm to 08 May 2026 at 11:00 am Et. This Amendment also changes the solicitation from Lowest Price Technically Acceptable to just Lowest Price.

The Solicitation Due date has been extended from 17 April 2026 to 24 April 2026. Site Visit has been added and date is set for 15 April 2026 at 1300 at 95 Bastogne Ave, Fort Campbell, KY 42223. Please enter through the Visitor Center at Gate 4 and proceed to the building, No forms are needed, just a vilid Real ID/Passport to get on to the base.

This requirement is for a complete, turnkey solution to replace obsolete DC power plant systems, including rectifiers and inverters, which are past their useful service life. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation to successfully execute the project.
