This project will be located in Area A of Wright Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB) in Dayton, OH. Contract duration is estimated at 817 Calendar days. TYPE OF CONTRACT AND NAICS: Award will be for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Construction contract. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) for this effort is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be more than $10,000,000.00 in accordance with FAR 36.204. TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: This acquisition will be listed as full and open. SELECTION PROCESS: Award will be made utilizing the Best Value Tradeoff method.
