## Description

The Request for Quote (RFQ) is for the Barren River Lake Equipment Rental and Operator.One award will be made from this Request for Quote (RFQ).

The contract type is a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order.This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 532490, Size Standard $40 MillionMethod of Payment under this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account specified by the Contractor.Note: The contract award will be based on lowest total price to the Government.A site visit is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED for the contractor to review the complexities of the work site, verify existing conditions, and exact measurements.

A single site visit will be held on 27 August 2026 at 1000 CT.The Pre-Bid Site visit will be held at the Project Site Lake Office, please use the following address:11088 Finney Road, Glasgow, KY, 42141If the initial site visit is missed the Contractor may request, with no guarantee, a site visit with the OPT-M TPOC, Darren Roberts, (502) 315-7007 and/or Lake Manager, Deryck Rodgers, (270) 646-2055.Quotes are due 3 September 2026, 12:00PM Eastern Time.
