## Description

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Purchase Order to supply all personnel, equipment and materials necessary to replace the Barrier Gates at the entry and exit to the Axtel Campground at Rough River Lake, 14957 Falls of Rough Road, Falls of Rough, KY 40119. Prices should include, but are not limited to, the supply of equipment/materials, design, installation and inspection of the final product to ensure it is consistent with the provided specifications.
