## Description

*Amendment 0001 has been posted and will need to be acknoledged and provided with your submission* The Request for Quote (RFQ) is for the Olmsted Long Term Vessel Charter. One award will be made from this Request for Quote (RFQ). The contract type if sole source Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. This action is for a base and 2 1/2 option years.

**Base Year:** 08 December 2025 to 07 December 2026 Option Year 1: 8 December 2026 to 7 December 2027 Option Year 2: 08 December 2027 to 7 December 2028 Option Year 3:

**08 December 2028 to 6 June 2029 Location:** United States Corps of Engineers Olmsted Locks and Dam Olmsted, IL 62970 This procurement is not restricted, NAICS 532411, Size Standard $45.5 Million Method of Payment under this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account specified by the Contractor.

**Note:** The contract award will be based on lowest total price to the Government. Quotes are due 3 December 2025, 12:00PM Eastern Time. ELECTRONIC BID-SUBMISSIONS ALL SUBMISSIONS TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT SHALL BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY. No paper copies, CD-ROMs or facsimile submissions will be accepted.
