## Description

This is a market survey being conducted to identify interested and capable firms for the design of a new Aircraft Maintenance Hangar at Fort Campbell, KY. The Government is seeking to determine the availability of qualified Small Businesses, certified HUBZone, 8A, Woman-Owned Small Businesses, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, as well as Large Businesses, to inform potential future set-asides for this project.

Project Description The project requires Architect-Engineer (A-E) services for the design of a 150,000 SF Modified Standard Design Medium TOE-RW Aircraft Maintenance Hangar. The facility will include integrated aviation maintenance operations, maintenance support, company operations, flight planning, flight operations, covered storage, a wash rack building, and wash aprons.

Supporting facilities include, but are not limited to, an aircraft parking apron with connection to the existing Destiny Ramp, site development, utilities and connections, exterior lighting, paving, POV parking, walkways, storm drainage, landscaping, and signage. The scope also includes comprehensive building and furnishings related to interior design services. The facility must be designed in accordance with all applicable UFCs and standard designs.

The Government intends to award a Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for the design portion of this Design-Bid-Build (DBB) project, with an anticipated total capacity of $40 million.
