Testing will predominantly occur during normal seasonal construction hours but may occasionally be required at night. Testing checklists include Aggregate Inspection (ASTM C1077), Bituminous Inspection, Concrete Inspection, Masonry Inspection, Soils Inspection, and Sprayed Fire Resistive Materials. Laboratory validation through the USACE Materials Testing Center (MTC) must be maintained for the duration of the BPA. The dollar value of the agreement cannot exceed $200,000 per year, with a maximum total value of $1,000,000 over 5 years. No individual call under this agreement will exceed $2,500.
