## Description

Tthis is a refresh of the Solicitation notice for teh WPAFB Building 20145 Renovations. The original Solicitation was set to be relewased in February. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District intends to issue a Single-Phase Best Value Tradeoff (SPBVT) for building 20145 at Wright Patterson Airforce Base in Dayton, Ohio.

Facility 20145 requires construction services for a Design-Bid-Build reconfiguration of an existing high-bay space by constructing new endo-skeleton structure within an existing facility and renovating existing space to create secure laboratory space. The project includes construction of 4 floors at the high-bay area in facility 20145 by providing three additional separate elevated floors (Total 17,941 SF) above the existing basement floor.
