## Description

**Dear MATOC Contractors:** Reference is made to your Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contracts, Numbers W9123723D0003 through W9123723D0009, to provide Design Bid Build Land Based Construction Projects assigned to the Rivers Districts: LRH, LRL, LRN, and LRP of the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division. We request you submit a price proposal for Cannelton Fixed Weir Repair located at Cannelton Locks and Dam, Cannelton, Indiana, detailed in the scope of work and specifications enclosed in this letter.

All vendors must be registered in the SAM database prior to submitting a proposal. The cost range is Between $250,000.00 and $500,000 per FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects.

**PLEASE NOTE THIS IS FOR CONSTRUCTION SERVICES ONLY:** the effective DBA Wage Rate for this requirement is IN20240006 dated 12/20/2024.
