This project requires the HUBZone 10% price evaluation. All large businesses shall submit a subcontracting plan. **LOCATION:** Rough River Lake, 14957 Falls of Rough Rd, Falls of Rough, KY 40119 In accordance with FAR Clause 52.232-33, method of Payment under this contract will be Electronic FundsTransfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account specified by the contractor. One firm-fixed price award will be madefrom this Solicitation.The offeror shall complete the price breakout. The total evaluated price will be determined by adding the total of allline items from the price breakout schedule. The price will be reviewed by the Government for reasonableness andrealism through the use of price analysis. Price will also be checked for unbalancing of line items.
