Amendment 0001 START

Solicitation W912QR25QA075 is hereby amended as follows on 08 September 2025:A clerical error in the special instruction has been updated to reflect the correct day of the week thequotes are due. The change has been highlighted.The Wage Determination have also been updated form Wage Rates_KY20250106_08AUG2025 to WageRates_KY20250106_22AUG2025.*NOTE: The due date for quotes remains 15 September 2025 at 10:00 AM ET.**NOTE: All amendments shall be signed and submitted with the quote.

Amendment 0001 END

This Request for Quote (RFQ) is to replace the existing double doors for the operating tower at Taylorsville Lake with new steel doors including all associated hardware. Both doors shall be equipped with forced entry locks. Please see the SOW that is attached for more information.

The contractor will provide all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, fuel, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided herein, required to perform the work as specified and in strict accordance with all Terms, Conditions, General, Specific and Technical Provisions, Drawings, Attachments, Exhibits, etc., contained herein or incorporated by reference.

The performance and responsibility of the contractor shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all services are conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.
