Amendment 0001

Solicitation W912QR25QA007 is hereby amended as follows:

Amendment 0001 updates the address of the Green River Lake Project office to 544 Lake Road Campbellsville Ky 42718. This changed is located in the "Special Instructions" and will be highlighted. If you are submitting a quote, contractors are responsible to review, sign, and return all amendments AND the solicitation.

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract to provide cleaning services at Green River Lake, Kentucky.

The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, fuel, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided herein, required to perform cleaning services at the Green River Lake project, as specified and in strict accordance with all Terms, Conditions, General, Specific and Technical Provisions, Drawings, Attachments, Exhibits, etc., contained herein or incorporated by reference.

The base year will be from the date of award to 31 December 2025 Note: This solicitation contains an option clause to extend the award for four (4) additional one year options periods. - Option Year 1: 01 January 2026 through 31 December 2026 - Option Year 2: 01 January 2027 through 31 December 2027 - Option Year 3: 01 January 2028 through 31 December 2028 - Option Year 4: 01 January 2029 through 31 December 2029 This RFQ is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses under NAICS 561720;

**Size Standard:** $22,000,000.00. One (1) firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will be made from this solicitation Quotes are due 30 January 2025 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time. Please see the solicitation for more detials.
