**ROJECT TITLE:** ROUGH RIVER LAKE OUTDOOR LEARNING CONFERENCE CENTER REMODEL PROJECT LOCATION: ROUGH RIVER LAKE, FALLS OF ROUGH KENTUCKY 40119-9801 THE ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE IS BETWEEN $100,000.00 AND $250,000.00. NAICS CODE SELECTED IS 236220 - COMMERCIAL AND INSTITUTIONAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION. THE SIZE DETERMINATION IS $45M. THIS PROCUREMENT IS SET-ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS AND W ILL BE AWARDED BASED ON LOWEST TOTAL PRICE.

ONE FIRM-FIXED PRICE CONSTRUCTION PURCHASE ORDER WILL BE AWARDED BASED ON THE LOWEST PRICED QUOTE. THE SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE WEB ONLY. FAXED, TELEPHONED, OR MAILED REQUESTS F OR THIS SOLICITATION W ILL NOT BE HONORED.
