## Description

Description. Provide labor, materials, and equipment to repair and renovate interior and exterior portions of the Outdoor Learning Conference Center. Work will include framing, insulation, drywall, paint, flooring, trim, and installation of new electric, plumbing, and HVAC. All work is located at the Rough River Lake Project, Grayson County, Kentucky. b. Work shall be provided in accordance with all Terms, Conditions, General, Specific and Technical Provision, Exhibits, Attachments, Maps, Drawings, etc. contained herein or incorporated by Reference. This includes all mandatory provisions of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), whether referenced or not, current at time of award.
