Approximately 16,310 square feet of asphalt roadway patching and repairs at Olmsted Locks and Dam. **Solicitation Description:** ONLY OPEN TO MATOC POOL W9123723D0003 THROUGH W9123723D0007 FOR SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE With this Request for Proposal (RFP), the Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, fuel, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided herein, required to provide roadway surface repairs and construct new headwalls, wingwalls and a culvert replacement for Access Road 53 at the Olmsted Locks and Dam located at Olmsted, Illinois, as specified and in strict accordance with all Terms, Conditions, General, Specific and Technical Provisions, Drawings, Attachments, Exhibits, etc., contained herein or incorporated by reference. The Contractors work and responsibility shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications and inspection necessary to assure that all services are conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations.
