A topographic survey has been acquired to ensure the new boat ramp grades are acceptable for trailer access and to ensure construction is completed to proper grade. It also includes the construction of a large rather flat work platform near the ramp turnaround area that also has additional parking areas. This platform will require placing rock fill below the lake surface. Drainage improvements will be included along the access road, improved boat ramp, and additional parking area created. Also, curbs and flumes will be incorporated on the west side of the ramp access road to prevent erosion of the embankment slope on the reservoir side of the ramp.
