Any soil damage will be repaired after job is complete by contractor with Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) approved grass seed mixture and straw (compostable spikes only for straw blankets) where applicable. All stumps should be treated with herbicide (by a state licensed applicator) in accordance with the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (OEPA).
