## Description

The Scope of work includes removal and disposal of the existing asphalt roof and felt underlayment down to the roof sheathing, the maintenance building measures approximately 7,700 sq ft and 520 lineal feet perimeter. Within 3 days of roof removal contractor to conduct an inspection of the roof sheathing and fascia boards. Contractor to generate a report of the total square footage of sheathing & lineal feet of fascia boards to be replaced and provide report to the TPOC & Lake Manager, during this inspection the TPOC & Project staff will be allowed to verify the unsuitable sheathing / fascia to be replaced.
