The Contractor shall provide all personnel, tools, equipment, and transportation needed to perform this work. The length of the entire Government fee boundary line is approximately 100 miles. The Contractor will complete a minimum of approximately 34 miles but will be allotted to complete a maximum of 50 miles. Method of Payment under this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account specified by the Contractor. One award will be made from this Solicitation.
